Class Description

​

Cardio Dance FiT:   It combines different rhythms of music from salsa, mambo, pop, to the latest hits. Don’t worry if you think you can't dance.  This is all about fun, some jump and jacks, and squats!! Just keep kicking your legs, swaying your arms, and moving those hips!!  Add your own flavor to it!!!

​

Upper Body Strenght: In this class, you will perform a wide variety of exercises to tone and sculpt each muscle group in the upper body including your arms, shoulders, back, and chest.

​

Strength Fusion: it is a rigorous workout that blends elements from two different exercise styles Power Pump, a strength training workout done with heavy weights, and Barre - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training that is done utilizing small hand weights.

​

Zumba: it combines Latin music with popular Latin dances such as salsa, mambo, merengue, and samba. Don’t worry if you’re not a Latin ballroom trophy holder. Just keep kicking your legs and swaying your arms. Zumba Toning adds a toning element to the workout to Latin music.

Abs, Glutes, and Thighs: it is a training class that focuses on your: Abs, Glutes & Thighs! AGT utilizes the larger muscles in the body to burn calories to get your lower body looking amazing.

​

BootCamp: this 30-minute challenging, dynamic class with energetic music is designed to work your entire body through cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and functional training. It is a hardcore class to get you sweating and burning calories.
All levels welcome.
